Legendary New York DJ and producer François K. (Kevorkian) submits the first in a new cd series on Ministry of Sound titled ‘Masterpiece’.
François K gained his reputation in the hothouse atmosphere of the 1970s and ‘80s New York dance club scene, working at legendary venues like the Paradise Garage and Studio 54. He remixed the likes of Eurythmics, Kraftwerk, U2, Depeche Mode, The Cure and even Foreigner, The Smiths, Mick Jagger and Diana Ross.
This triple disc set spans the eclectic musical taste of one of the most incredible minds in DJ History including tracks from The Orb, Pete Shelley, Tom Middleton, Digitalism, François K himself and many more. It´ s the highest end of DJ Mix albums and a celebration of true masters of the trade.
