2007 has been the best year yet for Polaroid. We’ve had some amazing parties at Wire with some brilliant performances from some of the most discerning electronic acts around. We strive to bring you quality acts month in, month out and this year we have given you Headman, Justus Konchke, HiEM, Infadels, ISSST, Jo Jo De Freq, Space Camp, Sh*t Robot, Crazy P, Autokratz and Optimo. Next year we will be back with even more quality that you’ve come to expect from us. But before we bow out for the year there is the small matter of our December party, our last of the year.
At just 20 years of age, French superkid Brodinski has already made quite a name for himself. As part of the Fluokids collective he has toured the US with Yusek and Pharrell and has started turning up on the same line-ups as Soulwax no less. His Bad Runner release for Mental Groove has been one of the tracks of the year and he’s also turned in some dynamite remixes for Bondo De Role, Radioclit and the Klaxons, the latter earning itself a place on the new Bugged Out mix. Mark our words, this kid will be huge...
